Fall Break ?

So Rich had fall break last week, Kyndra and Erika had a two day fall break last week, and Jill’s is this week. It seems that with separate fall breaks, more seems to be accomplished, perhaps because the other one isn’t there to distract?..... hmmmm…..

Kyndra worked…. and helped me one day at my school...

Erika went to New Mexico for a sister in laws wedding, which was an 11 hour drive there [of course 11 hours back], they finished a homecoming dress for a niece, finishes on the brides dress, Kevin built some shelves, all helped throw a wedding shower the night before the wedding. I don’t remember everything else she told me that went on, except running out of the house to buy some scissors that would cut the fabric for the two dresses --- which there weren’t any in the house and no one in their church that they called had any that worked, so they ran to Wal-Mart with nothing in hand but a debit card and keys, and were pulled over by the police – for a headlight that was out… of course they always want to see your license…. Crazy!!! All is well, and all are safely back home…..

Rich accomplished many things: he put in a line through the attic for direct TV for the other TV we inherited. He called to have the tech guys connect it…. That right there took four hours, two tech guys, another run to the store to buy a different receiver, which belongs to the direct TV and not us…????

He did yard work which includes: mowing lawn, pulling weeds, cleaning the carport, taking ‘stuff’ to some good will places … cleaning the back patio – which stores furniture and stuff, since we don’t have all of our carpet in yet, due to the carpet guy got some bum end of a deal, and now can’t get to our carpet we paid for, so he has to buy more, but has no money, and now moved to Michigan…. Who got the bum end of the deal here????
Rich did a lot of other stuff, but sorry, can't remember right now :(

Jill accomplished: cleaning her classroom which I left in disarray Friday after school, making 17 baby blankets, [check out “by jill” link] 5 pairs of pj bottoms [yes Caltons and Robinsons, they are on their way -finally!]... got her teeth fixed, went to lunch four times: once with Kyndra and Katelyn, once with Della, once with Erika, and once with Frankie!!! cleaned house, washed clothes -Oh, I do those every week :) ... cleaned and organized, but still not through all of this 'stuff' I inherited for the classroom and other places.... whew!

Made cinnamon rolls... yes!

done rambling for now... :)

Hi Jill! I don't have your email address, so hopefully you will read this soon! If not, hopefully one of your kids will let you know in case they read it first! We made our blog private, but we would love for you to have access to it. Will you please email me your email address to veronica.bori@gmail.com so I can add you to our list? Your girls are gorgeous! I can't believe so much time has gone by since I met your family! Something like 10 years or so! Wow! Hope everyone is doing well. ~Veronica
